Dinner Knife

Knives must have weight without feeling heavy. The shaft should rest on your fingers and not rotate in your hand. The blade is curved to cut at any angle. The little cam allows your index finger to steer. The dinner knife may feel a bit shorter than most other dinner knifes, but this is intentional so that the knife rests in the palm of the hand. In that way, the hand is in control of the knife and not the other way around.
