Out of respect for the classic table setting with the Fish Fork farthest to the left, Kay Bojesen made the Fish Fork slightly shorter than the Dinner Fork. The shorter tines are ideal for separating the bones from the flesh. The uneven slots provide a larger surface for the flaky flesh. To spice up your table setting, use the Fish Fork as a dinner knife. Set the table with the Dinner Knife and the Fish Fork for a nice summer dinner. Or use the Fish Fork for a Sunday lunch of herring and different cold cuts.
