The Lobster and Seafood Fork was one of the 57 pieces of silverware that Kay Bojesen created in the 1930s. It is long and narrow and ends in a small split head ideal for prying the soft lobster meat from its shell. The handle has been eroded to serve as a long, narrow spoon for eating the exquisite meat.
In the 1950s, when it became possible to produce steel cutlery, only part of the large silverware family was recreated in stainless steel. Not until 2016 was the Lobster and Seafood Fork produced in stainless steel. A gorgeous addition to a fancy meal – be it the New Year’s lobster, the summer seafood feast, or when you simply want to spoil yourself.
