Lunch knife i silver

Kay Bojesen’s original Grand Prix cutlery was created in silver in the 1930’s and presented for the first time at Designsmuseum Denmark in Copenhagen in 1938. Kay Bojesen’s mission was to create the perfect cutlery which was beautiful, functional, and would never steel the attention away from the dinner on the table. The Grand Prix cutlery got it’s name when Kay Bojesen won the first prize at the Triennale in Milan in 1951.

The lunch knife designed by Kay Bojesen is handmade in Denmark, with a sterling silver handle and a cutting blade made in stainless steel. The knife measures 18 cm.
